If we are unable to collect this personal data, there is a possibility that we may be unable to process your registration or communicate our products and services to you. Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject; Pre-contractual procedures; Marcating's legitimate interests (namely, marketing interests in relation to content, products and services).

 b) Sending other communications, newsletters, information about vouchers and discount promotional codes, as well as products and services from other partners (example: sponsored newsletter).

Purposes: Provide interested parties with all commercial opportunities and keep subscribers informed of existing opportunities;

Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject; Pre-contractual procedures; Marcating's legitimate interests (namely, marketing interests in relation to content, products and services).

c) Obtain information about subscribers/users on the Marcating website.

Purposes: Definition of preferences; Promote a personalized service for each client/subscriber or potential client/subscriber.

Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject; Pre-contractual procedures; Marcating's legitimate interests (namely, marketing interests in relation to content, products and services).

 

In accordance with the terms described in this section, Marcating does not transfer your data to third parties.

 

3. Rights of the data subject:

Holders of personal data have, at any time, the following rights:

a) Right of access;

b) Right of rectification;

c) Right to update;

d) Right to limitation of treatment;

e) Right to erasure;

f) Right to portability;

g) Right not to be subject to any exclusively automated decision;

h) Right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (in this case, to the National Data Protection Commission).

4. Data retention period:

To this end, several factors will be taken into account, including the duration of the contract signed or to be signed (services/products purchased or subscribed) with Marcating, the time needed to respond to your requests and the legally imposed obligations on Marcating, as well as the duration of Marcating's legitimate interests.

Marcating undertakes not to keep your data beyond the legally required period, however it may keep your personal data for a longer period, if legally imposed or if you have a legitimate interest in doing so.

This Privacy Policy came into effect on January 17, 2021 and is updated in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable legislation. However, Marcating may, from time to time, modify its Privacy Policy when such change is justified or legally imposed.
